Spring 2025 Scholarships
Los Hermanos Familia, in partnership with Lubbock Christian University (2), Wayland Baptist University (7), and the Noe Valles Scholarship to Wayland Baptist University (1), is awarding (10) $1,000 scholarships to disadvantaged students.
- Must be First Generation
- Must be a current college student
- Must be from Lubbock or surrounding cities in Lubbock County
- Must have at least a 2.75 + GPA
- Must write a 500-word essay about (Please refer to the topic listed below)
- Items Needed:
- Must upload a copy of your resume (Make sure it highlights your awards, extracurricular activities, leadership, and involvement)
- Essay—In 500 words, Explain your need, and the obstacles you have faced, and, if you work, share how it has impacted your college journey. Please tell us how you plan to overcome these obstacles to obtain your college degree.
- Lubbock Christian University scholarships will be available in Spring/Summer 2025.
- Wayland Baptist University scholarships including the Noe Valles Scholarship will be available in an upcoming semester of 2025.
Awards will be posted directly to the Student's Account.
